Did you have?

So that TWW every women TTC knows the horrible over thinking it causes. I have been through it now for the 9th month but this time it's been a little different. I am 7 dpo and starting in the middle of the night I woke up with a sharp pain (like being stabbed) an inch or so above my pelvic bone but a little to the left rather than centered. I have had no spotting though which is weird because after I ovulate I always have spotting. Does everyone get implantation spotting? or could you just experience cramping? or neither?
