uppababy adapter - what are these?

Hi guys - can anybody tell me what are these? I guess these might be adapters for uppababy vista maxi cosi car seat, but how to use them? I have uppababy cruz (2014) and got these adapters as hand me downs but I don't know what to do with them

Take out the stroller seat and then snap these in to use the stroller with an infant carrier. It has to be the correct brand- so I guess maxi cosi.

These should click into your stroller. They are adapters for your car seat to click into. Look for the R and L and click them into the correct side of the stroller and then the car seat should snap right on😊
