Baby shower tea party

I am throwing a small baby shower (it's her second) for a good friend and am thinking about a tea party theme. Florals, tea, pastries, small sandwiches, some easy games, presents, that's it. Does anyone have ideas to help? I have seen Pinterest and Etsy but one thing I can't find is where to buy the teapots, preferably inexpensively? Thank you in advance!
