White clumps in toilet

Can anyone help? I'm going to be 22 weeks pregnant on Tuesday 19th September. When I went to the bathroom earlier those lumps were in the toilet. When I wiped i had like a lot of dishcarge, sticky and clear and a little yellow; like egg whites. Has anyone had this before? I'm freaking out. Any help would be glady appreciated.

Thanks for your replies ladies, I do not have any itch or burn. My next appointment is in a week so I'll bring it up then.
