Eat the yogurt... not put it up your vajay. Yogurt has probiotics that help restore your flora. It's especially good to eat if you are taking antibiotics.

I went to the doctor for a yeast infection. She literally told me to do this. She wouldn't prescribe meds as they were "unnessacary". biggest waste of money to even go. And yes she was a gynecologist.

I've done it and it does work. but I am not sure about putting it on the inside. I put it everywhere but inside and used a panty liner.
