Tampons 101
So I'm thirteen and I'm on my second period and I would really like to learn how to use a tampon but everything down there grosses me out. And I'm really shy to talk about things so I don't want to talk to my mom or sister. Do you guys have any tips about what to do or things you do to make putting in a tampon easier?
