Contractions? Tummy troubles?

Top part of my abdomen feels like someone is squeezing my insides together. Where the top of my uterus is. Constant for about an hour for a brief 3 minutes of dulled down pain.
Have diarrhea, but I have throughout this pregnancy
I have been up walking like crazy the past few days. Maybe I over exerted myself?
