Misdiagnosed PCOS or regular follicles???

I've been diagnosed (or rather misdiagnosed) with PCOS in may this year.

The gynea had done an ultrasound and told me I have pcos. (This was while I was in hospital for a completely different reason and decided to get checked for everything)

When I had went in to my regular Gynaecologist 2 days ago.. he informed me that I don't have PCOS and what the other gynea was looking at was regular follicles on my ovaries..

Help? Has anyone else been through something similar? I don't know what to believe.
