Hi guys... this may be a *trigger* - does this look like heroine marks?

I went to therapy, as I'm bipolar, when depressed a while back I burnt my arm... haven't self harmed in a couple of weeks.. wooo!

But I had an allergic reaction to a metal bracelet I wore, it cause my arm to come up in loads of spots.. I didn't want to take it of because it was an anchor, my mum bought for me when I was in hospital after attempting my life.

My therapist said it looks like I've done heroin.

I'm really upset that she thought I would do that, and its made me really anxious and wary about my arm now :( what do y'all think? Xoxo
