One healthy heart beat and one empty sac

So been for my scan today (showing around 7 weeks) they could see one sac with healthy lil baby and heart flickering away. Another sac without baby in there. Has anyone else experienced this? I want both babies obviously just hoping for good news in 2 weeks when my next scan is
