eczema and vaccines?

my 4 month old just got her vaccines and also just found out she has eczema. i just read that those with eczema should not be vaccinated yet the doctor said it was ok? is it or is it not and why....i did speak up about it and thats when he proceeded to say the eczema could be there for years and the vaccine doesn't affect it....but why'd i just read what i read saying not to??

I would trust your doctor. He has a medical license and has studied this more intensely than reading articles on google.

Because there is a community out that that believe vaccines are the devil and are the cause to everything. Please continue to listen to your doctor and to vaccinate and vaccinate on time. You're baby with be safer and healthier for it.

Doctors are trained to get as many people to take as many vaccines as possible... the same doctors who over prescribed antibiotics for everything under the sun and look at us now... trust your gut. Maybe look at doing a gentle detox from vaccines, (Epsom salt bath) research each individual vaccine and weigh the pros and cons of them and decide what's right for your family. I had eczema and I would recommend looking at your laundry detergent and stop using soap on your child for awhile... instead to wash him apply coconut oil then get him in the bath with Luke warm water (hot water dries the skin) and wipe off with a washcloth... you can use soap on private parts... this is how I cured my eczema.

I would bring it up and just be like "hey I just read this, but just wanted to hear your thoughts on it." Your doctor knows what he's doing so I wouldn't be too worried, but it never hurts to have your concerns answered. Especially as a new mom! Don't feel stupid for asking questions. And let's not forget human error does exist so if that's actually true he may have accidentally overlooked that! Who knows. I say better safe then sorry, so just run it by him.

My sister (now 30 years old) has had eczema her whole life. She had all her shots as a baby and is completely healthy.

Eczema is a life long thing.  Some people have normal eczema like me where it only appears when I wash alot of dishes.  My husband has severe eczema that causes his hands to blister and bleed when he is stressed or in certain seasons.   It's basically year round.  Vaccines do not do anything to it.  Using sensitive skin products and knowing what causes a fare up is all you can do.
