Ovarian cysts

Hi girls,

I've been having period-like cramps for two weeks now but no sign of my period for this month, and it also never came last month but has been regular. There are no chances of me being pregnant, so I'm wondering if I could maybe have an ovarian cyst? Does anyone have any similar experience with this? What was the outcome? I will meet with a gynecologist to confirm but was hoping for some input beforehand to calm my nerves
