Strawberry birthmark

My little girl wasn't born with this mark it developed over the weeks, she is now 7weeks and to me it's got smaller a was told it could get bigger and become raised. Has anyone's baby had one of these birthmarks and how long did it take to fade? She was born on harry potters birthday so this mark is definitely fitting 😍💗
