When did your baby smile for the first time?

What made him/her smile? How did you know that it was a 'real' smile?

4 weeks, 6 days. We'd just woken up and his dad came in the room, sat beside him on the bed, and touched his nose. I was jealous as hell lol. I knew it was a real smile because it looked different from gas smiles and then he did it two more times when his dad touched his nose. Then, later that day he smiled at me and I got a picture:

My boys been smiling since he was 3-4 weeks old. Everyone tried telling me they were just gas smiles but I know the difference because his poo/wee smile looks 1000x funnier 😂😂
