how to tell infertility buddy you got pregnant

Hey everyone. About 3 months ago (and 9 months into my PCOS infertility journey /treatment) I found out a good friend of mine had been TTC for 2 years. She'd been doing clomid, IUI etc. We commiserate and have been really supportive of one another. She started IVF treatment a week ago. I found out 3 days ago that I got pregnant after my first round of ovidrel. I am pregnant after a year of trying and she's past year 2. When should I tell her? How should I tell her?
