Do you stop taking your prenatal vitamins while on your period?

I just started my period.. But should I keep taking them, or wait until its over and start back?

It's a daily vitamin. No different than any other supplement you'd take daily.

heck I've been taking them since I got pregnant the first time in August 2015, and we've only been TTC #2 since May of this year.

Some people say to start taking them 3 months before even TTC so the folic acid can have a chance to build up. I don't know if that's fully necessary, but I wouldn't stop taking them during my period. It's only going to help, not hurt.
