Not really anything you can do. It's all pretty normal in the third trimester.

Same! Unfortunately just a part of pregnancy. I will be out of breath just talking to someone or singing in the car haha. I also have horrendous back pain but I had back surgery 2 years ago so this pregnancy is making my pain so much worse. It'll all be over soon and we'll get to meet our little ones on the outside and these aches and pains and other issues will subside. Counting down the days...
