If you feel abnormally stressed out, more than normal, then I would get a quick blood test and see if your B vitamins are low. That's usually a pretty good indicator of low B vitamins. But you also don't want to take too much. So definitely do a blood test.
As far as more natural home remedies for stress, kava is good. It's either in a pill form or liquid form. I recommend the pills though because the liquid tastes sooo bad. Lol. But only take it at night. It kind of makes you feel slightly loopy and tired. It's like a natural anxiety supplement.
Also, eating healthy can help stress. Adding lots of dark greens or adaptogen herbs to your diet helps stress and hormones.
