We did it!! Baby #2 on the way but need advice

So after a year of trying hubby and I got that BFP tonight. We are over the moon but have a slight problem. I am the matron of honor in a wedding this weekend and am not comfortable sharing the news with everyone yet. Any tips or tricks to make people not suspect anything? I'm scared that if people notice I'm not drinking, the will know something is up.
