Negative test.

I've gotten very sick. I have nausea, fatigue, back pain, and I can hardly eat anything. My period is a day late as well. I tested today to see if I was pregnant but it came back negative. I was hoping it would be positive. 😓 Now I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with me.
