What Protein shakes can I take while pregnant

I need to gain weight ive loosing everything I gain n it's dangerous because I'm already below the weight I started off as, what kind of protein shake can I drink that is safe for pregnancy

It will say on the back whether it's safe for consumption during breastfeeding or not. I would say if it's safe during BF it's probably okay during pregnancy but always best to run it by a doctor before you try any.  Look for an all natural one if you can.
