Best concealer for dry skin?

So I have dry skin and I got a foundation recently to help with that but my skin is still not as amazing as I'd like it to be. I think it might be because of my concealer cause I've been using a drugstore one and it's not the best for my skin... is there any good concealers for dry skin that are going to make my face seamless and hydrated?

Try the "Rainforest by the Sea" concealer and foundation, by tarte. It's water based and satin finish, full coverage as well. And it works well with powders if you'd like more of a matte finish. Also, I tend to just forget about all the fancy moisturizers. I literally go to Walmart and buy Cetaphil. A little goes a long way and it's ultra moisturizing under any foundation.
