Weird rash on belly?

So I had my baby 5 days ago and literally ever since the first time I have looked at myself in the mirror I have had this huge rash on my belly that wasn't there before birth. It's also very itchy..what could this be?

Looks like PUPPPs. I had it a few weeks ago. It was torture 😩. I tried all the home remedies and over the counter meds. Nothing worked except prescription triamcinalone cream from the dermatologist. That took the itch away almost instantly! Don’t waste time on the at-home stuff.
