Weighloss tips??
I gained a lot of weight while I was on BC. I got off of it a few months ago and I’m struggling to drop the 40 lbs i gained while on it.
Is there something that you guys did/do to keep yourself in shape that you swear by? I’m in need of help!!
This is me right now, and I’d like to tone up a lot more. And just be healthier.
