Af for me comes between CD 28-35, considered to be a normal cycle, not irregular. GLOW is always right when it suppose to arrive 😁

Here's my story. I got Mirena taken out and AF came at CD 49 and that was 2 years ago September 9 2015. Then again CD 42 when I had an ovarian cyst in August 2016, which btW was painful.

Today I am on CD 38 exactly 14 DPO.

For the first time since I can remember, a very long time I had EWCM this cycle. Had sex 3 times during my window. I typically O between CD 17-24, longer cycles you typically O later, GLOW is never right with my ovulation, but thats ok.

I can say today I am going on 4 days late. Tomorrow is 15 DPO. Got out of work tonight 12pm and felt like I had to vomit, dry heave, but didn't. I don't want to get my hopes up to much. I know I don't have a cyst, I'm always stressed, prolly since puberty lol, but it doesn't seem to effect my cycles. Had a neg test, no lines or vvfl 😡

I'll update those of you who have gone through this, are going through this, or are just interested if you ever have this happen to you...it's a real mystery to me.
