Help?
Every morning I wake up feeling like I'm going to throw up and it usually last until I fall asleep at night and then starts again the next morning. It's been happening for months now. I've done a lot of research and it all leads to anxiety but I already see a therapist for anxiety and she thinks is under control. I haven't told her about this. What do I do? Is it not anxiety? If not then what is it?
