Hi all, I'm 36+2 days, very massive and uncomfortable and ready for our baby to be here now ❤️

At my latest antenatal class we were discussing pain relief options. I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to needles and although I know I may be in too much pain to care during labour, if I can avoid them and use alternative methods, then I will.

I'm thinking of hiring one, I was the only person in class to get it to work and it shocked my thumb massively, jumped up, scared everybody and I almost wet myself in the process 😂

To get to the point; has anyone else used one and did it work please?

They're only £40 to hire and I can have it for 6 weeks, it can also be used for my back ache now anyway...

i don't want to throw the money away as it's so easily done with baby stuff but I'd like a few true reviews if possible?
