Birth control

I was recently hospitalized and they changed my time of giving me my pill when I got out i kept the time but then Saturday I drank it at 9pm and yesterday 10 pm in the hospital they'd give it to me at 8 pm and I would originally drink it at 7 my boyfriend had came in me Friday and yesterday is this really bad today I drank it at 9pm but I feel nauseous it's 1 am
