UTI or ovulation pain?

I miscarried 3 weeks ago now. Just before that I was diagnosed with a uti and given antibiotics. Took them all then I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and went through all that. This past week I had blood work done to check that my HCG had gone down. It was at 8 last Wednesday so by now I'm sure I'm back to zero. This weekend I started to have a dull achy feeling right in that uterine/bladder area. Like a sore muscle. I feel it a bit all the time but feel it more when I pee. it's far from a burning sensation. Going in tomorrow for a urinalysis but I'm just curious if those whove had UTIs before think this sounds similar or if it sounds more like ovulation pain.
