Depo Shot/ Can I get Pregnant/pregnancy test?

Question

So me and my SO had a little miscommunication the other night and he cummed in me.. I've been updated with all my shots and have been for a long time! and we haven't taken the plan b yet.. I don't know if it is possible I know that the depo has a low failure rate but just want to hear from you guys! 
I want to take a pregnancy test but since I'm on the depo I don't have periods when should I take it?

if youre on depo, you are almost certainly not pregnant. while its not impossible to get pregnant, depo is hard to fuck up if your shots are up to date. dont take plan b bc depo is hard enough on your body. if you still want to test, i recommend buying cheap tests

I was on the shot for a year and it took me a year in a half off the shot to get pregnant.
