It's the type of flow where it will be heavy then when you leave a tampon for 5+ hours it doesn't seem like the waterfall before.

Day 1 is a crime scene, every morning I start I have to wash the sheets and scrub the mattress after I get a shower and clean myself up of course, and it's like that all day. I usually wear a tampon and a pad that first day. But every day after that it's a pretty even medium-light flow, the cramps are what get me the last few days though UGH.

Medium the first couple of days, then light the next 1-2 days.
