Am I bloated?

I don't know how I can tell If I am bloated or not, or if its just my fat, please no rude comments if it is just my fat I was on a ton of medicine that made me hungry as a kid I am trying to work out.

If you have a feeling of being full and it's uncomfortable to lay on your stomach I'd say it's bloat. That's how it has been for me anyways. Even makes me nauseous when I stubbornly lay on my stomach too long

First of all you're not fat in the least, but you don't visibly look bloated either, do you feel bloated? Bloating doesn't equate to pregnancy though, TONS of things make you bloat
