CD39 please help

Cd 39. last AF was 8/9-8/17. started BC on 15th due to bleeding. 7 months pp. stopped birth control 8/21. unprotected sex 8/21 8/22 8/24 9/9.Still no Af. 2 tests BFN. Could it be from the birth control? too soon to test? I'm at a loss. Please help me Also frequent headaches, nausea, diarrhea, hightend sense of smell like something awful 😷
