How accurate is this app??

Question

I just started using this app. I'm using it to avoid getting pregnant. Any one who's been using it for a while? I'm wondering how it's worked for you..how accurate is it at predicting your fertile days??

Please read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and consider joining the FAM Facebook group. Glow is nice for its social aspect, but there are better apps out there. I use a combination of three, but I am TTC. 
This book talks about everything using the Fertility Awareness Method which is NOT the rhythm method. I chart using three symptoms, CM, waking temps and Cervix position

I had a friend who used the calendar method for "birth control" which is basically what you are doing. Looking at a "calendar" and see when it tells you that you are fertile. She had three kids all unplanned because of this method. Even if the app is super accurate your cycle will shift for a month due to stress, poor diet, or a number of other things. Protection is your best bet if you want to have sex.
