Anyone else's symptoms go away?

Question

I had nauseous, cramps, backache and sore boobs for almost 2 weeks. Now all symptoms have basically gone away besides the sore boobs. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm nervous the light cramping has stopped. To me it was a sign the pregnancy was progressing. I'm 6 weeks today. My first doctor appt is next Monday the 25th.

I had the same worries. I spoke to my nurse about it at our 6.5wk Ultrasound. She said that symptoms really can't tell you how you're pregnancy is doing and every woman is different. The only way to tell how things are going is by ultrasound at this point. I have some days with absolutely no symptoms and then some days with mild nausea or mild breast tenderness. I'm working on training myself not to obsess about what I am feeling or not feeling. The first trimester is the most stressful!

Happened to me! The first few weeks I had headaches and cramping, and now both are gone. However, it's been replaced with fun new symptoms - morning sickness and diarrhea. Yay!
