Have any of you ladies done Membrane Sweep and it worked ??

I had my membrane sweep done around 37 weeks.
1cm dilated and 75% effaced.
I had a bloody show 3-4 days after the membrane sweep.
I then went into labor at 38 weeks 1 day.
And had my son at 38 weeks 2 days.

Mine at 38 weeks didn't work. I started losing my mucous plug but didn't go into labor until 39w2d.

I was 4cm dilated and 66% effaced at 38 weeks and it didn't work. It was done at that time because I had to be induced in a couple days for geatational diabetes anyway but my baby just wasn't ready yet

How far dilated do u have to be? My dr hasn't even mentioned it but told me her would induce me so I don't go past my due daye
