HELP! Announcing to friends and family...

So I'm 5 weeks today... when have other people been telling their friends and family? I'm having and early scan on Thursday and might tell after that?! But it feels too early?!

.....But with working in operating theatres people are going to start guessing soon as there's so much I can't do!! I don't want everyone at work to know before my family?! 🤔
