Menstrual cups?!?!?

I'm so over using tampons and I want to try a cup but I'm not sure if they are worth it or they actually work.....help! Give me your opinion

I'd say it's totally worth it. I'm now on my second diva cup. I was terrified at first cuz the first time I tried it, I had a hard time getting it back out, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. It lasts a year, I think my second one was $30 cuz I bought it at rite aid cuz my mom has a rite aid card.. So that's way cheaper than it is to continue buying tampons and/or pads monthly, not to mention how much better a menstrual cup is for the environment. I definitely suggest investing in one and don't be afraid! It gets easier to use one  with time and you'll learn quickly when you'll need to clean it out due to your own flow. It generally can stay in for 12 hours depending on your flow. Sometimes at the beginning of my period, I have to clean it out half way through the day, but generally I'm good for the 12 hours and wear it at night too with no issues.

Ok so I want to try one out myself. But my cramps on my first day is really bad and I feel bloated, in pain and swelling. I find it hard to wear my first day but one day I'll give it a try and order one online 🤷🏻‍♀️
