My Best Friend.

Y'all, I have the greatest best friend in the world. I haven't seen her, my goddaughter, and her husband in two years since they got stationed in Hawai'i, and let me tell you it sucks. I knew her enlisting in the Navy would mean a lot of time apart and being on different sides of the world, but sometimes you just need your best friend, y'know. Anyways, when she heard about the birth of my niece, she had just started getting into making and sewing baby blankets as a hobby and look what she made for baby girl.

It's owls and turtle themed fabrics since my sister loves turtles and my sister in law loves owls. How did I get so lucky with her as a best friend?😍
