Chin hairs?????

Ladies I'm shook I have no idea what to do. Last week I was plucking my TWO chin hairs, I thought it was normal-ish to have like one or two. I look in the mirror today and have 8-9 CHIN HAIRS WHAT. I am growing a whole ass beard someone PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one. I also grow hair right under my belly button I have no idea what is going on. Do I just have abnormal testosterone levels? Does anyone else experience this? What do you do about your chin hairs/happy trails? I can't afford laser hair removal (broke college kid) but I certainly don't want my boyfriend to see them.
