How do you stop the burning from a yeast infection?

I usually take my phone and look down there and if i see something white (that's usually what burns) if there is, i wash my hands (soap and water) and get one finger or multiple (depending on how many white spots i see) and i cover them so they wont burn. Now removing may be a bit tricky, if you can wait about a minute and tense your vagina back and forth to slowly remove your finger its more comfy then just yanking it away. And if you only used one hand (finger) then use the other hand to get toilet paper and dap around to clean excess urine so it wont burn when you stand... go on! give it a try!
