What time is bedtime?

My 5.5 month olds bedtime is between 6:30-7. This causes him to wake up between 5 and 6 am, but naptime at daycare isn't until 9. He isn't napping because I think he is over tired by 9. I can talk to daycare about putting him down earlier, or I can try putting him down later so he will sleep in later (which would be nice). What time is bedtime at your house?

I work at a day care i believe it is against the law to not put him down for a nap. He is very young to not be sleeping 😌

For my 5.5 month old, bedtime is at 8 pm sharp. I'll do her bath by 7:30, and then I'm laying her down at 8. 
It used to be 9 pm, but I think she was way too overtired by then. Her last nap of the day is usually from 4-5 pm.

bedtime is 7:30, but we start bedtime routine at 6:40. 
we wake for the day around 7am.  
Liam is 5 months old.  he still naps 3x a day.  at 9am,  at 1pm and a catnap in the evening around 4 or 5 for like 25-35 minutes. I'd try and see if daycare will put her down sooner. a later bedtime may just make her overtired

I would ask to have him nap earlier. I have to wake my 6 month old daughter up by 6 to drop her at the sitters and she typically naps by 8 am. She also goes to bed around 6 pm.

Same exact issue here! My 5 month old is asleep between 6 and 6:30, up usually by 6:30. I don't think daycare forces my son to nap at 9, it's just that is when it happens...if we drop him off early, he doesn't go into his own room til his teacher gets in at 830, so I think that's just when he finally gets put to sleep. I hate it, not sure anything can be done for me. :(
