I thought you were Never supposed to ask a woman if she's pregnant..

When did this rule go out the window? I find it ballsy as Hell that people ask. I'm about 17 weeks and I coach high school volleyball. I was at my game tonight and a male ref walked up to me and said "when are you due?" Is it just me being weirded out by this or does anyone else feel like it's not acceptable to ask someone if they are pregnant? Hmm..
