My baby is 8 months and he's on the crawl position but just won't move. How long will it take him do you think till he figures out to move? I can tell he really wants to but I think he just doesn't know what to do.

Put his favourite toy just out of reach in front of him or a bottle. He will go eventually.

My son only showed interest getting into the crawling position the week he started crawling. It came out of nowhere because he hated tummy time. On a Tuesday I noticed he became very determined and then on Wednesday at daycare they said he was crawling. All babies are different though.

Stick a favorite toy just out of arms reach. He will fall flat on his face a few times but will get it before you know it! Baby girl tried for about a week and a half and now is getting faster by the day with crawling! It happens so quick once they become determined!
