Decomposable or Recycle???

Please do not laugh because I am seriously curious as to how other people dispose of their used menstrual pads.....
I have recently been more self aware of recycling and trash, and wanted to know if you should dispose used pads in the trash or in the recycling?

Trash! I'm sure you could find biodegradable or ones that are made with recycled materials. Don't try to put them in the recycling!

trash.. But if you're looking into being environmentally friendly look into menstrual cups. at 1st they totally freaked me out but after seeing everyone everywhere swearing by them I decided to give it a try and I'm telling you it's the best thing ever!! I use it for convenience but a lot of people switch because it's a lot less waste. also they make reusable pads.
