Ladies I need your help!!!!🤔

I am in such a state of confusion with the trigger shot. I received the trigger shot for IUI and I did a pregnancy test at 9dpo and it was positive. I was in shock so I went and go my blood drawn, and turns out that my blood test was positive. I took another test at 10dpo to see if it was still there, and it was a faint line, but much lighter than the first one. If my blood test said positive, would this mean that's true, or was it the trigger? Someone PLEASE help me, my mind is going CRAZY😰😩
