I just want affection...

I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years we've lived together for 2 1/2 years. I am only 19 and he is 21. We haven't had sex in 3 weeks and I'm going crazy. He doesn't show me any affection at all and thats all I want. I keep trying to have sex but it's just not happening. I try to talk about it to him but I don't want to feel like i'm being ridiculous and nagging. But I really just need some good sex. What should I do..?
