sexually frustrated?

my boyfriend of almost 5 years was on a MeetMe looking at other female pictures and jacking off so I catch him and he says he's got a problem that he's sexually frustrated and I tell him that's no excuse you doing that. I've wanted to have sex but every time he turns me down and now that I got a broke arm it's hard for me now.
