Implantation or Period ?!?! tmi background story

So my husband and i have been ttc since July. I miscarried May 28th and bled for about a week. In June i missed a period but no positive pregnancy test. I got my period in July and August. My periods are usually normal, i think the miscarriage threw it off a little. Glow says My period is suppose to start September 27th BUT on the 15th and 16th i started spotting very very little. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. the bleeding got heavier the 18th and medium the 19th. Today i took another pregnancy test and i think its negative but i think theres a faint line. the blood is now very light and only there when i wipe. I REALLY NEED HELP. im scared im having an ectopic pregnancy or somethings wrong, please comment. TIA.
