I have IBS, and haven't really had any problems lately. Also my periods are extremely irregular (like +/- 8 months) but I'm supposed to get one soon, if that's relevant. Today I had a BM that was loose, and there was a ton of blood. At first I thought it was my period, it was bright red, and it was red stool and made the toilet water red. I kept bleeding down there for a few minutes after too.
